Cornwall Independence Day Crafts Fair

Dear Crafts People and Vendors:
The Cornwall Independence Day Committee invites you to participate in its annual crafts fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, July 4, 2009, on the Cornwall Town Hall grounds.
We will again have a section for handcrafted items and a section for commercially produced merchandise. I have attached a Crafts Fair application and a Merchandise application.
Spaces (10x10) are available on a first come, first served basis. Please return an application and $50 fee per space; $60 after June 15 postmark. Applications postmarked by May 15 will receive a $10 discount No refunds after June 15. PLEASE take your time in filling out the application form and PRINT LEGIBLY - despite this annual plea, we still get applications that can't be read.
Arrival: Between 8-9 a.m.
Departure: Between 5-5:30 p.m. (Main Street closes to traffic for a running race and parade at 4:30 p.m.; the parade reaches Town Hall about 5:30 p.m. You are welcome to keep your booth open after 5:30 p.m. (we don't provide lighting) and leave after the fireworks, about 10:30 p.m. (lots of traffic).
Your cancelled check is your receipt; we do not send a confirmation notice. If you have any questions, please contact committee member Kathy Sacer at 845-534-4565.
