Cornwall Independence Day Crafts Fair

Dear Craftsperson:
The Cornwall Independence Day Committee invites you to participate in the 16th annual crafts fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, July 4, 2009, on the Cornwall Town Hall grounds.
Spaces (10x10) are available on a first come, first served basis; those returning will have the same spaces as last year. Please return a Crafts Fair Application (see link) with the $50 fee per space. PLEASE take your time in filling out the application form and PRINT LEGIBLY - despite this annual plea, we still get applications that can't be read.
Arrival: Between 8-9 a.m.
Departure: Between 5-5:30 p.m. (Main Street closes to traffic for a running race and parade at 4:30 p.m.; the parade reaches Town Hall about 5:30 p.m. You are welcome to keep your booth open after 5:30 p.m. (we don't provide lighting) and leave after the fireworks, about 10:30 p.m. (lots of traffic).
Your cancelled check is your receipt; we do not send a confirmation notice. If you have any questions, please contact committee member Kathy Sacer at 845-534-4565.
